TRC feasibility
studies, implementation planning and ongoing consulting fees vary according
to the specifics of the engagement and are detailed in our proposal(s).

We
are sensitive to budgetary constraints when implementing any new service
in a financial institution and our fees frequently contain optional services which are
optionally priced. In addition, if TRC has conducted a prior feasibility
study, a portion of our feasibility study fee is rebated as a credit
toward implementation fees.
When feasibility and implementation fees are netted
against the cost savings achieved through utilization of the numerous
hands-on-tools provided during an implementation engagement, analysis
shows our services to be a very economical, efficient and experienced
way of introducing quality, profitable services. In addition, our implementation
program shortens the period during which non-revenue producing overhead
is incurred and increases the speed with which a flow of revenue commences.
These financial advantages most often more than cover the fees associated
with our engagements.
