Implementation Planning Programs

Should you determine it appropriate to offer wealth management services at your institution, whether we have performed a feasibility study for your institution or you have conducted one on your own, you can benefit from our Implementation Planning Program. These services are designed to provide your institution with a solid foundation upon which to initiate your new services, or examine existing services. Existing service providers may also avail their institution of all, or select, features of an implementation planning engagement.

While our implementation services are designed to your unique needs, they most typically include the following:

Submission of a draft of select regulatory applications.
Composition of an appropriate Mission Statement
Submission of suggested Board resolutions required and potential bylaws changes
Appropriate composition of an efficient and effective management structure
Submission of position descriptions
Suggested compensation programs
Periodic reporting suggestions to assure an effective flow of information between management, committees and your Board
Suggested committee meeting agenda items, approval processes and information flow
Specific product recommendations, provided a prior TRC feasibility study has been conducted
Suggested internal referral award program
Assistance in hiring an appropriate department manager, as requested
Input relative to the composition of fee schedules
Specific third-party service recommendations relative to operating systems, custodian, investment management and tax preparation
Consideration of institution-wide implications to initiating these services
A complete and comprehensive set of Wealth Management Policies
Our suggested overall design for success
Checklist for Senior Trust Officer
Legal review considerations
Management considerations
On-site presentation of engagement output

Ongoing consultation as you establish and introduce your new services or review existing services
